'Beau avoiding me'
1. I met a guy through my friend four months back. I found him fun-loving, nice and loving. So after two meetings we became friends. We exchanged our cell numbers but he is working in the other city so it's a long distance relationship. In these four months he told me that he loves me and also showed love and care by calling daily two three times. We met alone after two months when he came to meet his parents. In our third meeting, we made love. He again showed his love and care this time. I made a trip to visit him 20 days back and we had a good time. Nowadays, he has completely changed and he doesn't call me daily and says he is busy in his life. He's living alone and is independent since a very young age. He also said that it's not his a duty to call me every day and he will call when he gets time. He also added that he doesn't need to give explainations to me as I'm not his mother or a wife. He is blunt and sometimes really hurts me and my feelings. I don't know what to do. Have I made a mistake in making a physical relationship? Don't I deserve a little care? I wait daily for his call or message but I really don't know what to do. Should I also avoid him and take it easy? I expect a lot from him.

Caught beween family and love
1. I am in a relationship with a girl for the last 4-5 years and we have a good understanding with each other. My family is not accepting our relationship in any case. I don't want to make a choice between her and family. I tried to go with family but it is affecting my life, career and confidence. I feel if I marry the other girl, the marriage might not be successful. Secondly I am not sure if I am sexually strong? Please advice.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: The choice between getting married to a girl friend of four years and family rests not with you but also with the girl in the picture. Does she want to marry you without your family's support? Discuss your sexual problem with her and see if you are still acceptable. You will get your answer without exercising or taxing your brain.

Irregular Menses after delivery
1. I am a 31-year-old, mother of two children. My second daughter was born on June 29, 2007. I am feeding her and also taking contraceptive pills to avoid further pregnancy. My problem is that I am having irregular periods since the time I delivered my baby. I have heard that periods don't come during the feeding period. Is this normal. Do I need to consult a doctor.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: You should see your gynaecologist as your periods started in the month of September even though you were feeding your child at that time. You should have regular menses because of the contraceptive pills you are on. Missing a period now can mean pregnancy as you could have inadvertently missed some of your pills.
