In love with two guys
1. I really don't know what to say, but I want to share and want to know what to do. I am a married woman and facing a lot of problems in my married life. Everything is not going right with us. In the meantime, I have met two guys. One of them is 2 years older than me. He loves me a lot but he is married and have 2 kids. He too is not happy in his married life. The other guy is 9 years younger than me and he is not married. Apparently he is in love with me too and he wants to marry me. I know I can't get married to the young guy. Please suggest me what should I do? I know that I won't be able to live with my husband. He is very old. He is not able to satisfy me. The married guy has taken permission from his mom and family that he wants to get married to me and they have no problem. Is it possible to fall in love with two different people at the same time.

Am I infertile?
1. I am a 26-year-old woman. I got married six months ago. During my first intercourse I bled a lot. Since my husband works at another city, we get to have intercourse only once in a week and that too not complete sex. We had have proper sex just two times in these six months of married life. But I am not pregnant yet. I want to get pregnant. I have bleeding piles even before marriage and I am taking homoeopathy medicines since 2 months. We have sex even after taking treatment for bleeding piles. Does bleeding piles cause infertility in women? My husband has also started bleeding after having sex with me because of my hot body. Please advice.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: Bleeding piles do not cause infertility. You have not been able to conceive is for the simple reason that you have had sex too infrequently. Both of you should try to be together during the middle period of the menstrual cycle as that is the most fertile phase and have sex more frequently. Your being hot is no reason for your husband to bleed. He should take better care of himself.

Can I last longer?
2. I am a 32-year-old married man. I got married two years back. Since marriage, I have been using condom during sex and the intercourse lasts only for 4-5 minutes. But, recently I have given up condoms and having intercourse without condom. The problem is I am getting extremely hot and ejaculating within a minute. Is it something called premature ejaculation? My wife says that she is satisfied. But, I feel she is telling this just to make me happy. Can't our intercourse last longer. Please suggest.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: From medical point of view your sexual performance is within normal limits as your erection is long enough to penetrate and manage ejaculation within vagina. Medical science does not interfere with normal physiological functions and only deals with diseases or malfunctions.
