Am I infertile?
1.
I am a 26-year-old woman. I got married six months ago. During my first intercourse I bled a lot. Since my husband works at another city, we get to have intercourse only once in a week and that too not complete sex. We had have proper sex just two times in these six months of married life. But I am not pregnant yet. I want to get pregnant. I have bleeding piles even before marriage and I am taking homoeopathy medicines since 2 months. We have sex even after taking treatment for bleeding piles. Does bleeding piles cause infertility in women? My husband has also started bleeding after having sex with me because of my hot body. Please advice.

Can I last longer?
2.
I am a 32-year-old married man. I got married two years back. Since marriage, I have been using condom during sex and the intercourse lasts only for 4-5 minutes. But, recently I have given up condoms and having intercourse without condom. The problem is I am getting extremely hot and ejaculating within a minute. Is it something called premature ejaculation? My wife says that she is satisfied. But, I feel she is telling this just to make me happy. Can't our intercourse last longer. Please suggest.

Problem child
1.
I have been married for 5 years, and have a 2.5-year-old daughter. I used to stay with my husband until a couple of months back. We both were staying in a different city, and it started getting difficult for us, because I was working and it was tough for the daughter. So, when I got a job in my own city, I moved back with my daughter to my mother's house. My mother and daughter were extremely happy with each other, until a couple of weeks back. My daughter has started throwing tantrums. She hardly sleeps at night, and wakes me up and yells in the middle of the night, most of the days. She rolls on the floor if we refuse to let her do something, or decline something. Also, she says she hates my mom, and my mom is very sad about it. My daughter has always been a little stubborn, but now it is getting more and more difficult for us to handle her. She cries most of the time when I am with her. We see to it that she talks to my husband everyday. Also, I always keep exclusive time to be with her every evening. What could be the problem with my daughter? What should be done?

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
From your account of the situation, nothing for sure can be said of what could be the cause for this problem. You should seek the help of a counselor or of the paediatrician and discuss the situation in detail. There certainly is something in the environment, which is keeping the child unhappy.

Girlfriend not talking
2.
I am 18-year-old and I have been in love with a girl for the first time in my life. All was going good but she has become very distant from me and of late she is not even talking to me. I am just shattered because I had a lot of confidence and trust in her. Please help.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
All this 'love' business is for the large hearted who know how to take 'no' from the other party. The girls have a policy of rejecting boys after testing them. It is best for a eighteen-year-old like you to concentrate and prepare well for earning big money in future. The girls will vie to catch your attention. At that time you can pick and choose and follow the policy of trying and testing.
