Fantasy about prostitute

Am I a sex maniac?
1. I am a 19-year-old Indian/Chinese girl studying in a Hong Kong university. I have had around 15 sexual partners in the past, 10 female and 5 male, and have been masturbating since I was 12. Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: You are in a mess and to sort it out get yourself admitted to a psychiatric facility (hospital for mental patients) urgently. Uncontrolled preoccupation with sex certainly will harm you studies, marriage relationship - in short your total life.

What's this white fluid?
2. Normally, when I and my wife have sex and when I pull out my penis from her vagina, we can always see some while fluid coming out of her Vagina. Does this mean that my sperm has not gone inside her vagina and it is coming out? Will it have a delay for my wife to get pregnant? Or is this phenomenon common while having intercourse? It happens the moment I ejaculate in her vagina. Is this white fluid her sperm or lubricating substance? Please advise.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: It is not unusual for semen to flow out after completion of the sex act. For better retention of the semen your wife can use a pillow beneath her pelvis to create an incline. This is required only in case both of you are looking forward to conceiving a baby. Any way conception is possible even when part of the semen flows out.
