Am I a sex maniac?
1. I am a 19-year-old Indian/Chinese girl studying in a Hong Kong university. I have had around 15 sexual partners in the past, 10 female and 5 male, and have been masturbating since I was 12. Nowadays, I'm so obssessed with the physical sensation of sex that I prefer sextoys over people in sex play, and now I masturbate with toys everyday around 5-7 times. I have tried visiting my doctor, and used some medication to soften my hormonal activity but it didn't work. I even tried to refrain from masturbation for a day but couldn't control it. My urge for sex is getting out of control and I'm even using remote control sex toys in class and out with friends. I fear, I'm a sex maniac because there are now some days where I just stay home all day and masturbate besides eating, sleeping, etc. Is my sexual urges normal? I'm afraid that this will affect my studies, health, and married life in the future?

What's this white fluid?
2. Normally, when I and my wife have sex and when I pull out my penis from her vagina, we can always see some while fluid coming out of her Vagina. Does this mean that my sperm has not gone inside her vagina and it is coming out? Will it have a delay for my wife to get pregnant? Or is this phenomenon common while having intercourse? It happens the moment I ejaculate in her vagina. Is this white fluid her sperm or lubricating substance? Please advise.

Want to be 'his' second wife

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: In India, for Hindus, second marriage when the first wife is alive is illegal. There is no relationship like second wife of a Hindu male. There can be mistresses but they are looked down upon by the society. More over the mistresses have no legal protection or rights. You cannot become an Indian citizen, as here in India the immigration laws do not have any such provision. You will have to get your visa renewed every once in a while for a prolonged stay in India. The man you are so much in love with is a cheat as he never mentioned his married status and took advantage of your affection for him. He is again cheating you by telling you that he is convincing his wife to accept you. He must have threatened her to accept you and she is most likely to move court at the first opportunity. In the eyes of the law the 'wife's acceptance' does not hold the second marriage valid and any children born in such a union are illegitimate.

Wife doesn't need sex anymore
2. My wife has decided that we don't need sex anymore. We haven't had any since May. She said that she is okay with it and I should get used to it. How do I get this rekindled. We had a good sex life before all this happened. Why it happened I have no idea. Is this common?

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: You are facing a real difficulty and it is not a common situation. Both of you should go for marriage counseling. This at least will help in finding out the cause of her need to control her sexuality. The question of rekindling of the sexual desire can be settled only after discovering the reason for it to have petered out.
