2. My wife has decided that we don't need sex anymore. We haven't had any since May. She said that she is okay with it and I should get used to it. How do I get this rekindled. We had a good sex life before all this happened. Why it happened I have no idea. Is this common?

First time sex
1. My girlfriend and I have been seeing each other for a long time now. We decided that it's the right time for us to have sex. When we were about to perform it for the first time, she complained that it hurts and kept on pushing me away from her. After that, she says she is experiencing "sex phobia". So, I was just wondering if there is any medicine or painkiller that would get rid if not reduce her pain during sexual intercourse?

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: The experience of pain during first time sex is not uncommon but it is usually not to the extent that it would prevent sexual intercourse. Severe pain of this type usually reflects problems of relationship or attitude towards sexual activity. Simple use of painkillers is not going to help but you will have to work more on the relationship issues. You have to find out her attitude towards sexual intimacy outside marriage and her reason for agreeing to have sex. Is she compromising just to keep up the relationship? Have you in any way coerced her to comply with your demand for active sex? It seems both of you will have to work harder on relationship issues before this problem of pain during sexual intimacy is sorted out.

Can I satisfy my friend's wife?
2. I am a 28-year-old married guy. My friend's wife is interested in sexual relationship with me. Problem is that my friend's penis size is 7.5" and mine is 5". Would I be able to satisfy her and how can I improve my staying power.
