How to conceive faster?
1. I'm a 30-year-old man and my wife is also of the same age. We have been married for the last 3 years. We have been living a happily married life all these years. Now we are planning for a baby. Please advise us which days of a women are more fertile in order to conceive faster. We have tried twice but the next day the semen gets discharged from my wife's vagina. Why is that so?

Less sexual urge
2. I am a 33-year-old man. I was married in Jan'07. My sexual urge is very less. Like I feel to have sex after an intervel of around one month. I dont like to take pills for sex. My wife is pregnant. I have also problem of frequent urination. After consulting urologist, it was suggested that there is infection in prostate gland. I could not complete his medication. Do you think this problem is behind my reduced sexual urge?

Love or family?
1. I have been recently appointed in a MNC. Soon I fell in love with my boss, who hails from a totally different background. We have cultural and religious differences. I am a Rajasthani Rajput Hindu girl, while he is an Indian American Muslim. After a few days of hanging around with him, I dared and wrote a short note with my routine reports, 'sir, I am in love with you. Now, it's up to you to either chuck me out of the job or embrace me as your bride.' I was able to convince him of my love for him and finally he accepted my proposal. I believe him and he's a very good guy, especially of high moral conduct. My only problem is my family. I don't have enough courage to approach my family for this. Please help.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: You sure can marry your staunch Muslim boss provided you know that love alone is not enough for a happy long married life. There has to be a basic sort of sharing of ideas as to how the life is to be lived.

Unsucessful intercourse
2. I am 24 years old, married for last two and a half years but am still virgin. My problem is that my husband and I have been unsuccessful in performing intercourse. Can you please suggest me some way.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: Both of you should see a sex specialist for proper diagnosis of this problem of 'unsuccessful intercourse'. The solution, if any can follow only after knowing the cause of the problem.
