Koel Purie's new avatar!
Hindustan Times New Delhi, July 7, 2008 |
 | Koel Purie was recently shooting for a scene of her film Amal in Mehrauli Village in Delhi, which required her to be in the character of a poor grocery woman.
While preparing for the shot, she was taken aback when a group of school children started asking for 2 toffees, 2 pencils, eraser etc.
Reacting quickly and secretly pleased that her look and dressing had fooled the kids into believing she was actually the grocery woman, she very sweetly served them.
But not knowing the exact price of the items and not wanting to scare them away, she quoted a minimal amount for everything and sold it.
We are sure that in this instance the real owners wouldn't mind one bit at all!
