The postmen aren't likely to be very kind to the Rani Mukherji household from now on. Why? Because the actress had consented to attend the release ceremony of the Madhubala postage stamp. But, she did not fetch up at the last minute. Similarly, Raniji bunked the very civic-awareness-raising Water Day event. Her seat had been organised on the dais.. with a name card and all. But they waited and waited.. but it was no show. According to some in the know, the I-care-a-damn actress bunked because she wasn't happy about the attendance fee being paid to her. And as one of the Mr Knows said, "She could have made this clear at the beginning.. we would have invited someone else." At this rate, Rani doesn't only need a PR. She needs prayers of the entire nation to prevent her from winning this year's award of Miss Unpopular. Sad, sad, sad. Success and Adi both go to one's head.
