Raima Sen cleared the air about her relationship with Yuvraj Singh. Said Raima, “We have known each other as good friends for quite a while now, but we are not seeing each other.” She trashed the news about her link up with Yuvraj. “It is ridiculous. Media needs fodder to feed its readers and viewers and blew this out of proportion,” she says.

She confirmed that they were together at the fashion week and the post show party. “But that does not mean that we are seeing each other. Why can’t good friends spend some quality time together without becoming news?” asks Raima.

The actress also said that if this had happened in Mumbai, nobody would have cared about it. Every now and then there is news about her link ups. Wondering how the actress deals with it? Said Raima, “Now I’m used to it and it neither affects me nor the people around me. I have stopped taking things to heart. I’ve always been honest and open about my relationships. Why will I deny if I’m actually seeing somebody? In any case, that’s not the case with Yuvraj.”

The lady is sure that this unwanted hype and fuss will not affect the friendship between them. But she is definitely concerned about her individual life. She says, “The news about so many link ups will affect me as nobody will approach me thinking that I am already going around,” laughs Raima. Raima took all this as a learning experience.

“It is the price we all have to pay for our celeb status, “ she says. On asking about Yuvraj’s reaction to these rumours, she confirmed that even he took it pretty normally and clarified it as another piece of gossip just as she did.
