We have heard that Twinkle Khanna has been quite worried that husband Akshay Kumar has been shooting at Bangkok in the solitary company of Deepika Padukone. Twinkle Khanna doesn't leave anything to chance or chemistry. So we believe, she's rushing to Bangkok with son Arav, sister-in-law Alka and her daughter Simran. Very family-type scene it will be.
