Must say this Upen Patel can be quite a publicity seeker at times.. which is most of the time, no? A birdie who's a regular at Grand Hyatt, saw him at China House, a couple of nights ago. Patel was high as a kite.. and if that's not all, rather badly behaved too. He was throwing tantrums aplenty as if he was some superstar.. even though he still has light years to go and more.
