A 12–year-old boy Vicky has been arrested for sodomizing and murdering his 7-year-old friend. The incident took place in Itaunja. The 7-year-old Adarsh is son of a home guard Rajeev Rattan Misra. According to police, Rajeev had earlier suspected the hand of his kin Usha and Sushil but interrogations revealed that it was Vicky who had sodomized and murdered Adarsh. The autopsy report has confirmed that Adrash was sodomized. It is learnt that after the act, Vicky dragged his body to an orchard and covered it under bushes. The decomposed body was recovered after almost a fortnight by the police. It was partly eaten by mongoose and vultures. Upon interrogation, Vicky confessed that he had fallen in "love with Adarsh" and he used to have sex with him very often. During the last act of sodomy, Adarsh was badly injured. Fearing that he might report the matter to his parents and spill the beans Vicky decided to eliminate him. Vicky allegedly killed him by beating with sticks and later strangulating him.
