An informer at Vishesh Films office claims that contrary to reports of Esha Deol opting out of their Emraan Hashmi starrer Jannat, to accommodate mother Hema Malini's production, the truth, in fact, is something else. Seems La Deol called producer Mukesh Bhatt, requesting him to postpone the schedule by a couple of weeks. Reason being that she was unwell and the doctor had advised her complete bed rest. Considering her illness, Bhatt went about re-organising the schedule to match her new dates. But before he could revert to Esha, his daughter, who was in Goa then, called him. And reported that she had spotted the Deol gal partying at the various night spots there. Furious that he had been lied to, uncle Mukesh ousted Deol from his movie. I'm also told that when Hema Malini heard of it, she spoke to the Bhatts to take Esha back in their production.. but uncle Mukesh was adamant. Hmm, if she were still in the movie, she'd be shooting for it these days, since amma Hemaji's project is still far from taking off. Tsk tsk.
