A drunk driver rammed his Toyota Innova into a police barricade seriously injuring a constable on duty at Sarojini Nagar in south Delhi late Saturday night, the police said. The police said the driver of the vehicle was drunk. "We conducted a medical test to find the level of alcohol and he was above the permissible limit," said a police officer. The police arrested the driver, Varun Singh, who works for a property dealer. They also confirmed that the vehicle did not belong to Singh, but to his employer.
