Allegations of live-in relationship trouble Udita Goswami more than anything else. She wants to kill anyone who gossips and relates her with someone as her live-in partner. She says that she is a staunch believer of sex-after-marriage school of thought. Whenever people link her with anyone from the film industry, her anger crosses all the limits. Says she, “I was very disturbed with the rumours that I was living in with Mohit Ahlawat in his flat." "How can people say anything like this about me? I don’t believe in live-in relationships. I am the one who believe in the institution of marriage." "Sex after marriage is fine but I can never be ready for it before marriage. Why should I live in with Mohit? He is a very good friend but it doesn’t mean that there is something cooking between the two of us.” Udita says she doesn’t have any problem in sharing her private life with people and media but nothing exciting is happening in her life these days. She is single, determined to do some good work in the film industry and quite hopeful about her coming ventures. Every single actress has to encounter gossips like live-in relationship or secret affair. There is no way out. All I can do is deny these rumours. I am thankful to Mohit because Zehar was a hit and it gave me a wonderful break. But I am neither planning to get married to him nor living in with him in his flat.”
